TERMS FOR ORDERING

secure order form, message phone, fax, or email.
SHIPPING:
You may choose your method of shipping from the menu box on your order form. Media Mail and Priority Mail are only available in the United States. Canada Air Mail is only available for Canadian buyers. All other countries must choose International Air Mail. We will contact you if you have made an error, but we reserve the right to substitute the appropriate shipping method for your country.
Media Mail usually takes 10-14 days for delivery. Priority Mail takes 2-4 days. International Air Mail takes 7-10 days.
The U.S. Postal Service cannot trace Canadian or International mail. Once the U.S. Postal Service delivers a package to a foreign country's port of entry, the responsibility for delivery is turned over to the postal service in your country. Therefore, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages sent to countries outside of the United States. Our proof of shipment is the shipping receipt. We will be happy to provide a copy of the shipping receipt if needed. However, we can state that since we began keeping statistics on delivery, in the last 7 years only one package has not been delivered.
PAYMENT:
Payment must be in U.S. funds: We accept Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express), PayPal, and money order. To pay using Paypal go to www.paypal.com and send money to books@kenpiercebooks.com along with your order. To pay by mail, print out your order form and mail to above address.
If you would like a copy of my printed complete illustrated catalog listing hundreds of books reprinting your favorite comic strips and cartoon strips of the past, send 2 stamps (US) or $1 in currency (foreign) and let me have a postal address to where it can be sent. A catalog is included with each order.
