SHIPPING:
You may choose your method of shipping from the menu box on your order form. Media Mail and Priority Mail are only available in the United States. Canada Air Mail is only available for Canadian buyers. Sorry, but we no longer ship outside of North America.
Media Mail usually takes 10-14 days for delivery. Priority Mail takes 2-4 days. Canadian Air Mail takes 7-10 days.
The U.S. Postal Service cannot trace Canadian mail. Once the U.S. Postal Service delivers a package to a foreign country's port of entry, the responsibility for delivery is turned over to the postal service in your country. Therefore, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages sent to countries outside of the United States. Our proof of shipment is the shipping receipt. We will be happy to provide a copy of the shipping receipt if needed. However, we can state that since we began keeping statistics on delivery, in the last 7 years only one package has not been delivered.

RETURNS/CANCELLED ORDERS:
While all of our books are in new and unread condition, they are sold "as is" since so many of them are out of print and cannot be replaced. Returns are not accepted without the prior authorization of Ken Pierce Books. Authorized returns and/or orders cancelled by the buyer may be subject to a 20% ($5.00 minimum) restocking fee. Returns are only accepted in new or original condition.

PAYMENT:
Payment must be in U.S. funds: We accept PayPal and Google Checkout. Sorry, but we no longer directly accept credit cards. If you wish to use your credit card you will have to do so through Paypal or Google Checkout.
