Welcome to Ken Pierce Books! Our 64th year selling books, toys, and media! We began as a mail order retailer, and earned kudos for our prompt service and superior packing. In the mid-'90s, we established our own website. Ken retired in 1998 and since then R.G. has been running the show. Our primary focus has always been on newspaper strips and comic book characters, such as, Red Ryder, Freddy, Room & Board, Mutt & Jeff, Mr. Tweedy, Poy Powers, and The Squirrel Cage. SHIPPING:
You may choose your method of shipping from the menu box on your order form. We ship by (at our discretion) USPS First Class Mail, Media Mail, or Ground Advantage to The United States, and, USPS Airmail to Canada, The United Kingdom, France, and Germany.
U.S. delivery takes about 7 days. Delivery to Canada, The UK, France, and Germany takes about 14 days.
The U.S. Postal Service cannot trace International mail. Once the U.S. Postal Service delivers a package to a foreign country's port of entry, the responsibility for delivery is turned over to the postal service in your country. Therefore, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages sent to countries outside of the United States. Our proof of shipment is the shipping receipt. We will be happy to provide a copy of the shipping receipt if needed. However, we can state that since we began keeping statistics on delivery, in the last 30 years only one package has not been delivered.

RETURNS/CANCELLED ORDERS:
Returns are not accepted without the prior authorization of Ken Pierce Books. Authorized returns and/or orders cancelled by the buyer may be subject to a 20% ($5.00 minimum) restocking fee. Returns are only accepted in new or original condition.

PAYMENT:
Payment must be in U.S. funds: We accept PayPal only. Sorry, but we no longer directly accept credit cards. If you wish to use your credit card you will have to do so through Paypal. Please do not send checks or money orders. They will be returned to you.
