He wore a simple snap-brimmed hat, a green suit and cloak, a yellow gas mask, and a gas gun which he used to render criminals unconscious with its sleep-inducing ability. In civilian life he was playboy Wesley Dodds, but as the Sandman he was an outcast wanted by the law. Also reprinted are the Golden Age issues' original covers.
