Here are three reprints of the classic comic strip Bringing Up Father by George McManus. The strip ran from 1/12/1913 to McManus’ death in 1954 and by other hands until 5/28/2000. The strip was commonly known as Maggie and Jiggs after its two main characters. Jiggs was an Irishman who came into sudden wealth. He wanted to retain his former lifestyle, but wife Maggie was a social climber. Three collections reprint Cupples and Leon’s Bringing Up Father Second Series, Bringing Up Father Third Series, Bringing Up Father Fourth Series, and Bringing Up Father Fourteenth Series. Full reprints including advertisements, originally published from 1919-1928.
